We hope you love all of your artyshore purchases, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We will happily provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all full priced items, as long as your return meets our requirements.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.
Any sale items are final sales and can not be returned, credited or exchanged. This includes any items purchased using a promotional code (excluding the 10% new subscriber offer).
A tip from us: make sure you look over the size guide before you checkout, so you know exactly what you will receive. We want to help you get the best fit possible so if you are unsure, send us an email or a DM. We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours.
Please note that items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order for Australian orders and within 30 days for International orders.
All return postage will be at the customer's expense.
artyshore reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.
artyshore is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order with artyshore, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns.
