  • Are your products sustainable?

    Yes! Sustainability is central to artyshore. All of our products are made out of  recycled plastic – in part or in total. Please see our Sustainability page for more info.

  • The item I want is out of stock, can I be notified when it comes back?

    Yes! If you love our pieces as much as we do, we can understand why you wouldn’t want to miss out on a possible restock. To be notified of any restocks, simply click on the product, select your desired size and click email me when back in stock. This will also help us decide whether or not to restock the style so we would love you to let us know!

  • I am a size DD will your swimsuits fit me?

    The great thing about our Sierra suit is it looks great on women with no boobs or big boobs! It holds you in tight and firm and gives great cleavage. 

  • I want to be an artyshorebabe - can I be an ambassador or a model?

  • COVID-19 Updates

    Please be aware that our Australian customers may experience some understandable shipping delays with Australia Post. Estimated delivery is currently 8-14 days. For our International customers, please allow additional business days for delivery. Everyone is doing the best that they can under the circumstances, so we apologise for any delays. We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy, and we thank those that are on the front line for all the amazing work that they are doing to help us stay that way.

  • I received a damaged or incorrect item, what do I do?

    We strive for beautiful quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, accidents can happen and faults can occur so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

    If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order via We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. We ask that you contact the team via email with images of the damage so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team.

  • What currency will I be charged in?

    All payments are made through Australian Dollars (AUD). Any currency conversion will be handled by your financial institution. Please contact your financial institution with any further questions. We recommend using a currency converter to determine an estimate in your local currency before placing an order at checkout. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

  • When will you have promotions / sales?

    We recommend you follow us on Instagram @artyshore_ or subscribe  to our newsletter at the bottom of the page to receive any information about sales or promotions.

  • I can’t get my discount code to work, what should I do?

    To redeem a voucher, simply add the discount code when prompted at checkout. Please note, only one discount code can be applied to a single order. If you have any trouble applying the discount code, please contact customer service on  and we will help you out!

  • When is your next collection launching?

    We have some really cool new products in development right now. We recommend you follow us on Instagram @artyshore_ or subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page to receive information about upcoming collections.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    Unfortunately, as we work with a warehouse, we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as you can on , explain everything that you need and that has happened (including your order number) and we will do everything you can to help. If you do still wish to cancel your order, what may happen is that you will need to return it to us once you have received it. Please refer to our Returns page for our policy on returns.
